This is a representation of the astrological sign, Aquarius.
It is also intended to be a visualization of the raw data Kant refers to in his "Critique of Pure Reason". He suggests that there is an abundance of raw data floating about and we take in this data through our sense, categorize it, rearrange it, organize it to make senses. Particularly we use space and time as a means of organization.
For example, there is not a tree, but merely the bits of data that make up the tree, such as the roughness of the bark, the greenness of the leaves, the circularity of the trunk, etc, and we take in these bits of data, organize them in relation to other bits of data and see it as a tree.
The vase in this image is the objects we see once we have organized the bits of data, and pouring out of the vase is the raw data before it "becomes" a vase.
